Yellow Dock root (Rumex crispus), Dandelion root, leaf, and flower (Taraxacum officinalis), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Horsetail (Equisetum arvense), Red Raspberry leaves (Rubus idaeus), Oats milky seed (Avena sativa), Bilberry leaf (Vaccinium myrtillus), Kelp fronds (Nereocyctis luetkeana), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water.

Suggested Use

Take 1 to 2 pumps 3 to 4 times daily. Can add to water, juice, or tea. Shake well.
