Suggested Use

Restorative Tonic: Take 30 to 60 drops (1 to 2 droppersful) 3 to 4 times daily. Prevention: Take 30 to 60 drops (1-2 droppersful) 2 times daily. Or take as recommended by your health care professional. Infants: 5-10 drops, under practitioner guidance only. Can add to water, juice, or smoothie. Shake well.
