High Fiber Intestinal Cleanser

Ingredients

 

The blended powders of whole Psyllium husk and seed, Guar gum, Ginger root, medical grade fruit pectin, Charcoal (activated), Rhubarb root, Cinnamon bark.

Suggested Use

In a small jar put 6 to 8 oz. of water and/or juice, then add one tbsp. of Intestinal Rescue. Secure the lid and shake briskly. Drink quickly; it will soon gel. Immediately follow with an 8 oz. glass of water. While using this fiber, it is helpful to increase your daily intake of water.

Maintenance tonic: Take one tbsp. in 8 oz. of water and/or juice two times daily on an empty stomach.

Restorative tonic: Take one tbsp. in 8 oz. of water and/or juice three times daily on an empty stomach.
1) Take first thing in the morning.
2) Take mid-afternoon in between meals.
3) Take two hours after dinner or before bedtime.

Extra Information

Warning: In general, prescription drugs should be taken one hour before or two hours after psyllium, because the absorption and effectiveness of many drugs may be reduced.
