Breathe Free! oil is a natural alternative to petroleum and synthetic chest rubs. It can be used topically, in the bath or sauna, or as a facial steam.

Ingredients

Pure essential oils of Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Sage, Tea Tree, and Nutmeg in a base of cold-pressed Sweet Almond oil.

Suggested Use

Massage: Apply directly on the chest and between the shoulders.
Inhalation: Place about 5-10 drops of oil on a cloth to inhale. Or put 1/2 tsp. of oil in bowl of hot water, cover head and bowl with a towel, and inhale deeply for 2 to 5 minutes.
Bath: Put 1 tsp. - 1 tbsp. under hot running water in bath. Can also use in a sauna or steam bath.
